Allison SaffordStrategic Initiatives Officer

Allison joined Hollingsworth Funds in January 2020 as the Strategic Initiatives Officer. She is responsible for building and managing relationships with community partners and stakeholders, facilitating all aspects of the Funds’ grantmaking process, and representing Funds in various community forums, events, etc, in an effort to advance the organization’s philanthropic priorities. Prior to joining Funds, Allison was the Director of Community Engagement for The Family Effect in Greenville, and was the Assistant Director of Development for the MGH Annual Fund and Employee Campaigns at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Allison graduated with a Political Science degree from the University of Michigan and completed her Master of Public Administration from Grand Valley State University. She is a member of the Junior League of Greenville, currently serving on the economic mobility advocacy committee, and a member of the Greenville Chamber Young Professionals. Allison resides in Greenville with her husband (Kyle), her son (Declan), and her dog (Desi).
